Quality of Life Study on Aging: High-Level Update & Next Steps

Join us on Monday, April 13th from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM for a special presentation from Austin Public Health's Age-Friendly Austin and the Austin Equity and Inclusion staff through ZOOM (click here to join the meeting).

In 2024, the first-ever Quality of Life Study on Aging was launched to better understand and meet the needs of older adults and their caregivers. Thanks to incredible community support, the study surpassed its initial goal of 384 individuals, successfully engaging with over 1,000 older adults!

During this session, we will share a high-level update on what we are hearing from the community. We will also discuss how this valuable input is being translated into action as we draft the 2026-2030 Age Friendly Action Plan, and how you can continue to participate and share your feedback.
